PAYMENT

Make your payment conveniently and securely using your credit card or the different options available and your order will be up and running in a few seconds. When you have completed your order you will receive an email with the details and confirmation of your order.

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY TIME

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the purchase process and must be reviewed and accepted by the customer before confirming payment. The variations in shipping costs are due to the weight and/or volume of the item purchased and the place of residence of the recipient (Madrid and province, mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, other European countries, USA, Japan and South America).

In Lavioletaonline.es we deliver our products through a courier service. Most orders are delivered to your home within 48 hours. A comfortable, fast and secure delivery! Lavioletaonline.es is not responsible for delays in the shipping process due to causes beyond our control.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

No exchanges or refunds are allowed as these are foodstuffs.

If the purchased product does not contain any foodstuffs, you have 14 days to exchange or return it.

DEFECTS

Our products are classified as defective if at the time of receipt they show physical damage or had a problem not noticed by the quality controls.

Under Spanish retail legislation (Ley 7/1996 de 15 de Enero, Ordenación del Comercio Minorista) a customer may return purchases in accordance with the following return, cancellation and exchange policy:

  1. You must contact us at info@lavioletaonline.es or + 34 91 5225522 within seven calendar days of receipt of the product.
  2. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  3. We will not accept the return of any product damaged due to improper use.

If you wish to exchange a defective product, please note that due to limited stock, we will only be able to exchange it for a similar product, subject to availability.

Lavioletaonline.es will refund your money as soon as we have verified that the above conditions have been properly observed. If not, we will contact you. No shipping costs will be refunded, both the original shipment and the return. However Lavioletaonline.es will pay the cost of delivery and return transport in the event that the product received was defective or does not correspond to the original order.
